I just listed my latest development project. We gutted the entire interior, expanded out the back and opened up the floorplan resulting in a very livable 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse that sits within 2 blocks of many Del Ray favorites including Junction and Swings.

Our second flip was a complete tear down. The property, located just inside the beltway near Tysons Corner, did not have a basement which we felt was needed to reach our target sales price. This was our first experience working in Fairfax County and we discovered Fairfax has noticeably more stringent requirements related to water run-off and tree canopy densities than Alexandria.
