MEET APRIL'S "NEWPORT PET OF THE MONTH"!

"Hi! My name is Rafi! I'm a 10 month old goldendoodle who loves going on walks around Newport Village. I love making new friends and try to play with every other dog and I try to say hi to every person walking by. I want to make sure everyone at Newport is happy, so I give them a hug and some kisses.

A lot of people here have seen me grow. I was a tiny little puppy when people first met me and now everyone says I'm so big! I've gotten 50 pounds bigger, but everyone still loves saying hi and giving me pets even though I'm a big dog now.

I'm a super friendly and sweet dog with very soft fur. So if you see me around, come say hi! :)"

MEET OUR "NEWPORT PET OF THE MONTH" !

"My name is Bella! I'm four years old and I love my life here at Newport! My favorite pastimes are running around with my friends at the park, getting my hair done, chasing the treacherous squirrels who live in the trees around my home, and driving my brother, Tucker, crazy. My mom rescued me three years ago from a man who abused and neglected me. When she brought me home, I was completely bald and had to learn how to be a real dog. I've come a long way since then! I now know what dog toys are and what real human kindness is. I'm still a little shy around new people, so please don't take it personally if I don't come right up to you! I promise I like you deep down. My mom and I really appreciate winning pet of the month, especially since it's almost time for one of my favorite pastimes: getting my hair done! A girl always has to look her best after all.
