A lot of people still think buying a home with digital assets is something thatโs coming in the future.

And Iโm going to show you actual homes you can purchase this way right now.
If you own Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDC or other qualifying digital assets, you may be able to use that wealth to purchase real estate. And you donโt necessarily need enough digital currency to pay for the entire house.
Depending on the transaction, those assets may be used toward your down payment, funds needed at closing, or an all-cash purchase. There are also financing options that may allow qualifying buyers to borrow against certain digital assets rather than selling them first.
That distinction is important because selling or spending appreciated cryptocurrency can create a taxable event. Borrowing against an asset may be treated differently, so definitely talk with your tax professional about your individual situation.
But hereโs why Iโm posting this today:
