I am a Canadian by birth, and the proud American wife of my husband Al, and mom of two boys, Trent and Travis. Al and I moved to Northern Virginia over 20 years and have lived in the South Run Oaks neighborhood since 1996. Both of my sons commissioned in the US Army following graduation from VMI in 2011 and on in 2016. One is now stationed in Fort Bragg, NC and the other is now with the National G

I love helping folks fulfill their Real Estate dreams… whether you are looking for your “dream home”, a “great investment property” or to “get the most money out of the sale your existing home” call me! I have been selling in the Northern Virginia area since moving here in 1993 and I am well connected in the local communities. With my “empty nest” I truly have the TIME now to devote to my clients and work my schedule around their needs! I have many experienced affordable contractors I work with to help you prepare your home for sale, should you opt to make some initial investments before placing it on the market! I am also a very TENACIOUS negotiator who will work hard to get you the best deal for the home you are selling or the home you are purchasing! My “Faith” or “Philosophy of Life” is summed up in the Bible text of I Corinthians 10:12 “… to be an ambassador of Jesus Christ”. A person’s “Faith” or “Philosophy of Life” is at the core of who they really are. Because Real Estate represents one of the largest financial decisions a person ever makes, my goal is to make sure that this decision is a wise decision that is compatible to your long term goals and “Philosophy of Life”!
“Family” to me represents whoever is at the core of our closest relationships. Whether a person is single, married or whatever… their Real Estate decision needs to be compatible with the needs of their “Family”.
“Finances” to me is more than just “making sure the person got a good deal”! A wise financial decision needs to be considered far beyond what a person “can afford” and much more importantly what a person “can live with”. I want to make sure that this financial decision is one which will further your long-term financial goals not impede them!
