We had amazing omelets and waffles at our recent resident event andn open house - what a delicious way to bring everyone together!

And of course, enjoy a joke that goes perfectly with the picture... Q: Why did the egg refuse to make an omelet? A: Because it didn’t want to beat itself up over it!

At Mason Hall in Old Town Alexandria, we truly enjoy celebrating our residents' birthdays. It's one of the many ways we like to show our appreciation and help make our community feel like home! We often receive heartfelt thank-you emails from residents expressing how much they appreciate us taking the time to think of them on their special day. Those messages remind us how meaningful even a small gesture can be, and we look forward to continuing this tradition.

One of our longtime residents is moving back to New Orleans after receiving new military orders — and this is actually the third time they've called Mason Hall home when they've been stationed nearby over the years. Each time, they chose to come back because of the community and care they found here. 💛 Before leaving, they gifted our team a beautiful orchid and shared these words: "Thank you for everything you do to make Mason Hall a place that people are proud to call home."

Thank you for your service — we'll miss you, and wish you all the best in New Orleans!
