After seeing the difference it makes knocking a few walls down, what’s one more. Decided to open the wall and entry to the downstairs family room. Will make a big difference ...stay tuned for the “after” pictures.

Happy to share with my Instagram friends pictures of my newest adventure in real estate -- completely rehabbing a house to eventually “flip”. The five bedroom, three bath house is in the Fort Hunt area of south Fairfax. My partner Kristy Crombie and I hope to have it ready to put on the market in mid-September. It will have a completely new open kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, lighting, deck, and many “wow” features.
