Proud mom moment.

Our daughter, Harper, is an Architecture major at Clemson University. Naturally, with a double major in Italian, she was selected to attend school this semester in Barcelona, Spain.

She may be off traveling through Europe – London, Iceland, Ireland, Scotland, Denmark, Switzerland, Portugal, Seville, Spain, & France – but she’s also learning to balance it all. Even though Italy is next on her list, it’s so clear through this extraordinary experience that her priorities are aligned & her decisions are thoughtful and productive.

She’s definitely her Dad’s daughter.

Our son, Jim, is a senior in college at High Point University. And recently, we celebrated his acceptance to Graduate school! In his college years, we’ve seen him grow into a successful, intelligent, and respectful young man. He’s doing, creating, and living a life he’s built and worked hard for.

As a mom, and now as empty nesters, it’s hard. I catch myself looking at their locations on my phone to see Jim living his own life and Harper half a world away. It’s wonderful, amazing, mind-blowing, and scary all at once.

But isn’t that also the biggest sign of being a successful parent? I can’t help but think the bittersweet experience of watching your kids live beautiful, independent lives and fulfilling their dreams is the hope we all have as parents.

They are living life, taking on one challenge at a time, and creating “Flop-Portunities” all over this great big world of ours.

And I’m so grateful I get to be called their “Mom”.

- Sold for 4% over list price in 18 days

How about that for a “winter” market?

The truth is a good home that’s priced right & shows well…will SELL.
It doesn’t matter if it’s May or December.

It doesn’t matter if it’s 20 degrees or 80 degrees.
