🎖️ Mission: Find a 2-Bedroom Condo
Status update: MISSION ACCOMPLISHED… and then some. 😂
We started this military veteran’s home search looking for a simple 2-bedroom condo.
Fast forward… 🚀
🏡 Single-family home
🌳 48 ACRES

❤️ And a dream come true!
Sometimes the best real estate strategy is knowing when to abandon the original battle plan! 😂
From “We just need a condo” to “Guess we own 48 acres now!” 🌲🏠
So incredibly excited for my buyer and this next chapter. Mission accomplished! 🇺🇸

Until 1974, single women in the U.S. could not get mortgage without a male co-signer 😵‍💫Today, single women make up nearly 45% of first-time home buyers in the DC area🙌🏻
That’s more than real estate, that’s progress, independence, and building generational wealth. 🏡✨ We need to keep the progress going 💪
Women are changing the market and proving that homeownership is one of the most powerful investments you can make in yourself and your future.

💡 PMI… friend or foe? Let’s talk about it.
PMI (Private Mortgage Insurance) is a fee added to your monthly payment when you buy a home with less than 20% down.
👉 But here’s the truth… it’s NOT as bad as people think.
PMI allows you to:
✔️ Buy sooner instead of waiting years to save 20%
✔️ Start building equity right away
✔️ Take advantage of today’s home prices (instead of risking higher ones later)
Think of it this way—PMI is temporary, but owning your home (and the equity you build) is long-term. 🙌
And the best part?
Once you reach enough equity (usually 20%), you can often remove it.
✨ Don’t let PMI hold you back from becoming a homeowner 👉message me for more info
