I'm getting asked this question daily. We do believe interest rates will ease over 2024. As interest rates go down, buyers will come back into the already low inventory market putting pressure on prices. When is a good time to buy or sell. When you need to! If anything the past few years has taught us, waiting can be costly. Happy New Year everyone!
