* Maintain property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies.
* Attract tenants by advertising vacancies, obtaining referrals from current tenants, explaining advantages of location and services, and showing units.
* Contract with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting security deposit.
* Accomplishe financial objectives by collecting rents, paying bills, forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective action.

Already have a full-time job? Make extra money with this remote work-from-home commission pay-based opportunity in marketing our real estate rental properties in Louisiana.

Position for marketing are open rental homes, pay is commission based only upon finding valid leads that will be handed off to another member for final approval of prospective tenants. Upon signing the lease applicant gets paid. We do the photos email to you, and you upload on to any and all social media accounts available along with anywhere else you are able to post. Example; apartments.com Zillow. Etc.

Applicants with a marketing background are a plus but not a must.
