Fairlington isn’t just a neighborhood to us — it’s part of our story🤍
For Jessica, it’s childhood summers at the Fairlington Community Center building, lifeguarding at the pools, learning the history from her mom (a Fairlington Elementary alum!), and even her very first real estate sale back in 1999. From babysitting jobs to decades of helping clients buy and sell here, Fairlington has always felt like home.
For Brooke, Fairlington was where she put down roots as a first-time homebuyer with her husband, raising two kids, walking to parks and school, and building lifelong friendships through the moms’ co-op, dog walks, farmers markets, and a truly special sense of community.
What we both love most?
The neighborly culture. The architectural character. The way Fairlington welcomes people in and keeps them connected. There’s truly nowhere else like it in Northern Virginia.
