MVMHOA- Please Read! Tot Lot Wood Chips Replacement; May 7 2026

Dear Valued Homeowners,

FYI: On Thursday, May 7, 2026 (weather permitting), HLS will be removing the old wood chips in the tot lot playground and replacing it with new wood chips.

This is done annually in accordance with our landscaping contract.

Good Shepherd Catholic Church (8710 Mount Vernon Hwy) will be holding a paper shredding event on Saturday, March 21 from 10 a.m. - noon.
Limit to 4-5 boxes and paper ONLY (no binders, magazines, folders, etc.) Please be sure to take out all binders and paper clips. While the event is free, they are asking for donations to Marian Homes: https://www.marianhomes.org/ #/
