Enterprise CP warehouse addition is coming along! 🚧

Precast walls are up and steel joists are going in - one of those stages where you can step back and see it all start to come together.

A little behind the scenes knowledge - these wall panels are poured off-site ahead of time, then hauled in and set with a crane.

A lot of moving pieces, and the crew’s keep it all rolling.

As we head into a busy spring, were grateful for our amazing team and the hardworking community we serve. This is one of our favorite times of the year - new projects, new opportunities, and watching things come to life from the ground up.

At Pelican Valley Senior Living, we've made great progress this last week with the exterior walls going up. It's exciting to see the structure really start to take shape and come together.

We're proud of all the work our crews are putting in across all sites and look forward to a strong, productive season ahead.

Innovative Builders is looking for hardworking, dependable individuals to join our concrete crew!

📍 Alexandria, MN
💲 $25–$35 per hour (based on experience)

Requirements:
• Strong work ethic and reliability
•Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various conditions
• Travel required (MN, ND, SD)
• Concrete experience is a plus, but on the job training is provided
• Must work well in a team and prioritize safety

Responsibilities:
• Assisting with concrete pours
• Setting up concrete forms
• Installing rebar & wire mesh for pouring
• Finishing & smoothing of concrete surfaces
• Operating or assisting with tools such as trowels, screeds, saws or compactors

• Knowledge in setting columns, beams, joists, trusses & decking
• Connecting steel using bolting & welding
• Ability to assist with the layout and measurements of the materials.
• Reading & interpreting blueprints
• Rigging & Hoisting
• Cutting, drilling, fitting and assembling steel components
