This sweet pup was not so happy at the Photo Shoot this week! He cheered up considerably when his Mom took him away from the intrusion for a long walk!

Selling your home while keeping your pets happy, can be a challenge, but with the right approach, it can be managed smoothly. Here are our top 3 tips:

1. Deep Clean: It's essential to remove pet odors and fur. A fresh-smelling home can make a significant difference in attracting potential buyers.

2. Staging: For showings, remove any visible pet items such as toys, beds, and litter boxes.

3. Pet Plan: Have a plan for your pets during showings. Take them for a walk or a ride, or arrange for a pet sitter or friend to take them out. Keeping pets out of the house during viewings ensures that both the animals and potential buyers are comfortable.
