She has been helping people with their property transactions all over Northern Virginia for over 25 years. Elizabeth is celebrating over 25 years as a real estate consultant in Northern Virginia. During many of those years, she combined real estate with her primary careers working with the federal government and local non-profit associations and animal welfare organizations. Six years ago, she le
ft public service and now works exclusively as a Realtor with Samson Properties. Elizabeth was initially drawn to the real estate business because of its entrepreneurial allure and her love of houses, but, ultimately, her favorite aspect of the job is helping people. She chose the slogan, “Real Estate with Heart,” because caring for people is at the forefront of what she does. “Meaningful relationships with people are what drive my practice. There is nothing like finding that special place for someone and seeing their entire face light up as they walk through the front door for the first time. It’s a magical moment.”
Elizabeth is now officially tapping into her lifelong passion for pets and merging it with her passion for helping people. More and more people are getting pets and adding their needs to the family priority list of home requirements. Elizabeth is actively reaching out to those who share her love for the furry members of the family. As “The Pet Realtor,” Elizabeth will guide both human and furry clients through the home buying and selling process and help make that process as comfortable and secure as possible for all family members. Last, but not least, Elizabeth can help sellers get their home ready for sale during the most challenging of situations. As someone who actively designed and coordinated the renovation of her own home, and coordinated kitchen, bath, and other home projects for clients, Elizabeth can provide a transition team of contractors, handymen, painters, masons, and other skilled workers to assist in all aspects of transforming a home for sale. She can put homeowners in touch with moving coordinators, provide on-site renovation oversight, arrange for estate sales, and recommend decluttering experts. She will work with pet owners to help minimize the stress and anxiety on animals in the home.
