It's the last day of RPM Career Week, and we are wrapping up with Why I Love My RPM Career Friday!

Whether it’s helping someone find the perfect home or creating exceptional experiences for our residents, our very own Jonathan, Service Technician II, does it all with professionalism, care, and a commitment to service.

With 3 years of experience in the property management industry, he has been since joining us in 2022. Jonathan started his journey with us as a painter and has worked his way up to Service Technician II through dedication, hard work, and a willingness to learn. Along the way, he has gained valuable skills, taken on new challenges, and become a dependable member of the team. Jonathan enjoys his time here, especially the opportunity to continue growing, learning new things, and collaborating with his team.

We’re beyond grateful to have him as part of our team!
