It’s my birthday!!! 🎉 35 never looked better! 🤍

Wow…35!! 🙃 If I had a crystal ball 15 years ago I would never imagine me here. 🥰 My life is so much different than I planned (in a good way)! 34 taught me A LOT about myself! I learned that im stronger than I thought, I only need/want people on my life who want to be there, & that I’m a bad ass Realtor 😉 (let me live I play humble most of the year)!

I am so eternally grateful to my support system! You all have seen me at my highest and also at my lowest and loved me through all of it! My gratitude to you is a match! Having the right people around you is more important than you’ll ever know and I am forever grateful for every single person in my life that shows up for me! 🤎

If I could tell the younger me a few things it would be this:
1.) Always make time for you…everything else can wait!
2.) Keep a very tight circle because times will get hard and you will need them more than you know!
3.) Don’t hang on to anything or anyone who doesn’t want to be there! Let it flow!!! 🤍
4.) Its ok to speak your mind and tell people how you really feel about things! It’ll pay off…TRUST!
5.) Rest…Vacation…Love….ENJOY LIFE
6.) Today you are you, that is truer than true. There is no one alive who is you-er than you. Shout aloud, I am glad to be what I am.

What a year 2021 has been for my business! Grateful is an understatement and blessed isn’t even the top of the iceberg! 🙏🏾🙌🏾

Congratulations to my baby sister .p.vision on her first home! 🤎

When you help family…it’s sweet! When you help a sister, it’s even sweeter! 🤎 She knew she wanted to not rent ever and stuck to her plan! We found a condo close to everything (& me 😂) and it’s perfect!

Saying I’m proud is an understatement! 💕 Now all the sisters have houses 🥰. Time to decorate and come eat all your food now lol 😂! Thank you so much for trusting me through this process!!

🗣What day is it?! IT’S CLOSING DAY! 🤩

Congratulations to my amazing client on their first home!

My clients were referred to me through a past clients & were excited to start! 🥰 They had an idea of what they wanted but were not sold on where they wanted to be. So we did a little “speed dating” and figured out exactly what they needed in their home! We casually looked at a few homes, but nothing stuck. Then things changed once I found out that Sophia was pregnant with her second child…The pressure was on!😬

We looked at homes almost made offers but due to the competitiveness of the market they were looking in, but we fell short a couple times. Now I was really feeling the pressure and everything we were seeing just wasn’t a good fit, but one day I saw a home that would fit all their needs. They weren’t sold on the pictures but I knew the area and I knew that this home would be the perfect one for them. We went saw the home and I was right! This was their home and we were able to get them closing cost assistance from the seller (all of it to be exact ☺️), all brand new plumbing throughout the house, and so much more. The bow on the present was they didn’t even have to pay over list price! 🤎 Big thanks to my partners .christopher_ and for making this another smooth transaction!

Make it a December to REMEMBER! 🎄

31 days left in 2021….Where did the year go?! I’m so excited about the holidays! I love giving gifts 🎁 and spending time with loved ones🥰! Also, I’m a little addicted to holiday decor! 🎄it’s something about a Christmas Tree decorated and stockings up that just makes the holidays perfect! ☺️

🗣What day is it?! IT’S CLOSING DAY! 🤩

Congratulations to my clients on the sale and purchase of their home ! 🙏🏾

Wow! Who knew going to breakfast would start a conversation that would lead to working together. We sold their home one day and bought their new home the very next day!!

I interviewed against a few agents and they selected my team and I to help them sell their property and get them in their new home!! We prepared their home for the market by using our renovate now, pay later program and they got the most money (like almost 100k more 🤑) out of their home once we did all the renovations! We got multiple offers with limited to no contingencies and sold it over list price!

Of course I was able to get them a GREAT deal on their new home!! I even negotiated the seller to pay some of the closing costs for my clients 😉 Been telling y’all who you work with matters!!! Listen the numbers DO NOT LIE!

Congratulations to my clients on the purchase of their home! 🙏🏾

My past client saw on of our team listing and said hey i just want to look at it and wasn’t really looking to buy but was just starting to think about it. So we saw the house, they loved it, we put in an offer, but we LOST out! 🙃

So naturally they were done because the market is way to crazy…so we thought!!! They came to terms with the current buyers market and to the idea of really needing more space for her and her husband to start a family soon. So we found the perfect house for them a little bit for the outside their desired neighborhood but fit all the criteria is the perfect home for them!

Of course I have their current home under contract and we close in a couple weeks! 😉 Here’s to making it work even when selling your home and buying a new one wasn’t in the plan!

We started off as friends, then I became her realtor, then I pushed her to get her real estate license while buying a home! She built this home from the ground up! Everything she wanted she got and I made sure lol 😂!
