This week’s Team Tuesday spotlight is on Tyler Leard with Ratcliff Recovery Services!

Tyler is based in Texas, but he recently spent nearly six months working on a project in Louisiana. Being away from his family for that long was not easy, but Tyler continued to show up for his team and the client each day.

No matter the time or location, Tyler is always willing to step in and do what it takes to get the job done.

Kathy is one of those people who quietly keeps everything moving. She stays ahead of the details, keeps projects organized and finds solutions before small issues become bigger problems. Her work touches everything from property closings and financing to development budgets, loan draws and property management.

After months of hard work, the new Victor H. Hexter Elementary School is officially filled with students.

Our Ratcliff Constructors team recently completed the 78,500-square-foot campus for Dallas ISD. The new school is nearly 40% larger than the original and has room for 650 students.

A lot of people had a hand in getting the campus ready for the first day of school. Thank you to our project team and trade partners for the time, care and teamwork they put into it.

Seeing students learning in the spaces our team built makes all that hard work worth it.

The new LubeTech facility for Ascentek is taking shape in Shreveport!

The slab is complete, and our team has started pouring the tilt-wall panels for the 275,000-square-foot project. It will include warehouse and office space, along with a connector to the existing facility.

A big thank you to Derrick Speyrer, Patrick Landry, Gary Gagliano, Chris Hooks, Wes Laborde and Becki Hamel for the teamwork behind this milestone.
