Nearly 100 years of building, and we're still adding to the story.

Our latest chapter is taking shape in Shreveport at the Ascentek Lube-Tech Facility!

With the building pad, foundation, slab and tilt-up panels complete, the project has reached 49% completion. Steel and roof decking are underway, with building dry-in targeted for November 13.

As we approach our 100th anniversary, we're proud to keep building alongside clients like Ascentek and the crews who bring these projects to life.

Exciting news for Team Ratcliff!

Ratcliff Construction has been selected by commissioners for the new 56-bed Renaissance juvenile detention facility in Rapides Parish.

The $35.1 million guaranteed maximum-price proposal was selected through the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) process, with final state approval still pending.

October is Careers in Construction Month, and we can't think of a better story to share than Kollin Thibodeaux's. 🏗️

Squirrel Day is a tradition we look forward to every year! 🐿️

Around the opening of squirrel season in Louisiana, the women of Ratcliff head out of the office for a jobsite visit and lunch together. This year, our Baton Rouge group visited McKinley, and our Alexandria group visited Summit Nursing Home.

We love getting to see the progress on our projects and catch up with each other over lunch. Thanks to our jobsite teams for showing us around!

As Ratcliff reaches 100 years, we’re looking back at some of the stories that helped shape who we are.

Construction on Neville High School began in 1930, just as the Great Depression was placing enormous strain on communities across the country. When the City of Monroe could not pay the remaining balance, Ratcliff accepted a promise that it would be paid when the city was able.

As we look ahead to Ratcliff’s 100th anniversary, we’ll be sharing more of the people, projects and moments that shaped our story. This is just the beginning of 100 Years, 100 Stories.
