J and S had a lot riding on one sale.

They had already moved out of their home in Central Minnesota.

They had found the next one and were staying with family until their house sold.

They were pregnant with their third child and time was ticking.

Their house had been sitting on the market for months.

And their old agent?

Didn’t give them the feedback from showings and didn’t have a plan other than doing open houses.
