After receiving multiple offers from both investors and homeowners, the sellers for this property verbally chose ours even though we were $40k+ lower than their highest offer. Fast forward a month and the documents were officially signed and we were on our way toward closing.

Sometimes being the highest price doesn’t always work for every situation. With us waiving all contingencies, it made the most sense for them to go with us. Can’t wait to see how this turns out once it’s renovated

I was fortunate to help this client with the sale of his mom’s house. Since he lived in TX, I helped schedule all repairs and walkthroughs to give him as much peace of mind as possible. After working with another agent who gave the bare minimum effort, he was looking to make a change in representation. Opening weekend we received 2 offers. We originally had it listed for sale but after a month of showings, some back and forth on terms, and a change in mind she decided to hold onto it.
