Showings in the DC Metro market increased almost 19% last week over same time in 2025. Almost 30% of Northern Virginia homes sold in the first week on market and that’s trending upward. Buyers still have a window of opportunity with almost 60% of homes sold last week at more than 3 weeks on market. Will we see increased buyer competition this Spring?
