Jennifer’s real-estate career began after she moved to Northern Virginia 25 years ago, first in the mortgage lending industry and then in sales for a prominent luxury homebuilder before moving out on her own. As a result, she’s seen all sides of a transaction, from positioning a home for the market to finalizing the sale. She and her team cover the entire DC region, with licenses in Virginia, DC and Maryland.
One might say that Jennifer was forced to negotiate from an early age—as the youngest of 11 siblings, the Dallas native had no other choice if she wanted to hold her own in a large household. Indeed, clients still hear the occasional “y’all” while she’s showing a house, but make no mistake: Underneath that polite Southern veneer is a hard-as-nails advocate for her buyers and sellers. Jennifer lives in Great Falls with her husband and three sons—the older boys are at Columbia University and Boston College and the third attends Langley High School. When she’s not at work, you’re likely to find her volunteering for Langley’s football and lacrosse teams (Go Saxons!) and attending college football games in New York and Boston. With an almost-empty nest, Jennifer loves to spoil her two Cavalier King Charles spaniels, Bo and June.
