✍️ J U S T C L O S E D ✍️ in Cary AND Wonder Lake. I met this sweet couple at an Open House in February. They had just started browsing homes and knew they wanted to upsize while blending their family. They needed to sell in Cary and wanted to purchase closer to where her daughters go to school. They wanted a master bathroom, a ranch, a space for his music studio and plenty of sunlight for her garden… and with a few months of patience- they got exactly that! I can’t think of 2 more deserving people. I am so happy for you, Chris and Courtney, and know this will be one happy home. The cherry on top was when they said how smooth the process went, even with a home sale contingency!

What a month in real estate!! Just under $2M in volume sold and under contract. The month started with Scott and I finding our next home. Then, I closed a first time home buyer, and veteran, on a condo in Lisle. Next, we got both of our homes listed and under contract in multiple offers. We closed on our house (3 week close!). I found my sweet clients’ their next home in Wonder Lake and won that contract in multiple offers. We quickly listed their home which got 7 offers. Inspections, showings, and negotiations galore! I am taking the day off today. Happy Memorial Day everyone! Thank you to all that have served 🇺🇸
