l estate early on, with her Mom being a huge influence. Her Mom would buy and flip homes on the side of her regular business. They would work together on these projects and later Karolina started to do her own house flips with her husband Rafal. It was when her own buying experience was so terrible that she decided that enough is enough. A Realtor really needs to give more, act with integrity, be understanding and most of all be honest and that is not what she had experienced in the past. Karolina believes that real estate is not just a transaction but a “people business.” We help people through one of the biggest purchases of their lives and that means putting on different “hats” to get the job done right. She is enjoying her time with her family including her husband Rafal Bosowski who is also a Real Estate Agent and they have a ton of fun working together as a team. Her amazing children Daisy & Patrick are serving in the Army and Dominik the youngest is the definition of “baby Boss”. If that wasn’t enough she absolutely loves her two pups Bella and Frankie. She loves to decorate, stage, build furniture, garden, bike, and find anything to do that requires power tools.
