I’ve been getting this question a LOT recently, so I found a visual to help show my clients! As you can see, 7-9% is pretty average in our country’s history - and take note of how high they’ve gone! Our lowest interest rates in history happened in the last few years, so we cannot expect to go back to 3-4%. It’s still a great time to buy!
