The Data is in! Here's what happened in Algonquin Real Estate Market in June.

Both sides of the Fox River are seeing similar percentages of the number of attached units compared to all units. Inventory has risen slightly with fewer units going under contract than came onto the market.

So proud of my neighbors. This is the largest collection and number of participants from this neighborhood.

The first drive of 2026 is complete. 647.5 pounds of food collected for the Algonquin Lake in the Hills Interfaith Food Pantry! Thank you to those who donated. We helped 26 people eat for 2 weeks.
