Congratulations to my friend, Brandon, on selling his first fixer upper! Just look at these before and after pictures 😍 His goal was quality, not just a “quick flip”. From reconfiguring the layout to replacing a kitchenette with a bathroom, I’d say he accomplished his goal. It was an honor being apart of the process!

Excuse me being MIA, I took a little break from social media and work to adjust to my new role as a mom of two ❤️ My desire to get glamoured up for a picture is non existent, so here’s a glimpse of my every day ☺️I am so grateful for those who have reached out about real estate and painting during my maternity leave. Thank you for your patience as I begin to ease back into work!

A pre-pregnancy before and after! Color consulting is one of my favorite parts of the painting process and I loved the challenge of boosting this home’s curb appeal. and I tackled this project together, including replacing the rotting boards, to give a fresh new look ✨

Almost 7 months pregnant and still doing my thing (with a few more snack breaks) 🙂 To address some concerns:

I have been climbing ladders for years and feel extremely comfortable still doing so. The wonderful people who work with me handle all of the high ladder work.

I am using Harmony paint, a product by Sherwin Williams. It has zero vocs (meaning it doesn’t emit fumes) and is pregnancy safe. If I use a paint that does have an odor, I wear a respirator.

My doctor is well aware of what I am doing and has given her approval.

I do appreciate the concern about mine and my baby’s health. To reassure you - we are both doing extremely well 💙

Refreshed some VERY thirsty siding. Here’s a before and after of the house we finished last week! I am so proud of the crew for how this one turned out!!

This client was sad to have us cover up her hand painted birds on the walls and ceilings - but it was time for a change! I used one of my favorite Sherwin Williams neutral colors, Drift of Mist, which went perfectly with their white trim and hardwood floors.

When selling a home, I always recommend painting every room the same color, which creates a fresh, clean look throughout the entire home. This Boulder Ridge home will be going on the market as soon as they do a few other upgrades.

I was glad to be able to squeeze in this project, but am pushing off all others until the stay at home order is lifted. I’m still available to answer any painting or real estate questions until then. Stay healthy, friends!

This home was sitting on the market for almost 10 MONTHS (286 days) before we fixed it up:
New paint, counter tops, and a ton of other cosmetic updates. After our work, it went under contract in 18 DAYS for a price the homeowner was happy with.
So proud of this one! I can’t wait to share the other projects we’ve been working on!!
