Here’s what this video didn't capture ⬇️

I walked into the final walk through to find the listing agent packing up wine glasses, boxes still everywhere… oh, and Nicor found a gas leak 😅

So… not exactly smooth sailing.

BUT we stayed calm, communicated fast, and pivoted (because when do things ever go exactly as planned?)

End result?

✅ Dream home under budget
✅ Seller credit
✅ Extra personal property included
✅ Closed on time despite the chaos

A HUGE win and I couldn’t be more proud.

Lesson? Real estate is messy, emotional, and definitely not just “opening doors.”

Make sure you actually like your agent… because she’s in the trenches with you.
