CONGRATULATIONS to my client Bob & Dana who got their property SOLD! 🥳🎉🍾
The house was presented professionally and beautifully. We had more than 60 groups of buyers at open house and good number of agent showings, the challenge lies in the fact that swimming pool in general is not a very desirable feature in this area with a population of Chinese/Asian majority. The very steep hillside at the backyard was also a concern for most potential buyers. Yet, we were able to secure the perfect buyer in two weeks on market! 🙌💪

Fun fact: While on the flight ✈️ to Turkey 🇹🇷 during my Europe trip in September, I received a voice message from seller reaching out about selling one of his properties. I returned his call at 30000 ft altitude, had a great uninterrupted phone conversation, thanks to the nice and smooth WIFI on Turkish Airlines! 👍
