SilverStone Real Estate Services is honored to announce that the Garden Grove City Council has approved our continued role as the property management company for the Central Cities Navigation Center (CCNC).
Located at 13871 West Street, Garden Grove, the CCNC is a vital low-barrier transitional emergency shelter serving the Central Orange County region. Since opening in June 2024, the center has provided essential support and housing stability for those in need.
