Tax deadlines for those affected by California wildfires have been extended, as announced by the IRS and the CA Franchise Tax Board. Those who live or have business in the FEMA designated disaster area, which includes all of LA County, now have until Oct. 15, 2025, to file both federal and state 2024 tax returns.

Sunday, March 3 12:00pm-5:00pm
Bring your beach chairs and blankets and enjoy an afternoon of music, food, and spirits! This free concert is being held at Baby Beach, 34451 Ensenada Place, in Dana Point Harbor with the bands playing on a specially designed floating dock. BBQ plate lunch will be available to purchase benefiting local youth sports programs. A Spirit Garden for those 21 years of age and older will be available with proceeds benefiting the Marine Corps League South Coast Detachment.

The Fair Housing Council of Orange County, in partnership with the City of Laguna Niguel, is hosting a Fair Housing Workshop on March 13, 11:00 am - 12:30 pm, at City Hall - Community Room.

Attendees will learn about rent control, the eviction process, recent changes to landlord/tenant laws, and much more! This workshop is open to the public.
