A new week is a good reminder that you won’t get very far without taking a chance on yourself. Whatever your goals look like right now, don’t be afraid to go after them.
Happy Monday!

It’s been a LONG week. 😂

Wore two different shoes yesterday and didn’t notice until 2 PM. TGIF because clearly I need a reset. 🙃

Marci and I had a great time yesterday at the Jerome Bettis Bus Stops Here Foundation’s 20th Annual Caring for Kids Gala. We were joined by some friends for a special night celebrating the foundation’s impact in our community. 🖤💛

This year also marks the 20th anniversary of the Steelers’ Super Bowl XL victory, making the evening even more special. The celebration included a panel discussion featuring Jerome Bettis, Willie Parker, Coach Bill Cowher, and Joey Porter, sharing memories from that historic season.

A great night celebrating Pittsburgh history while supporting a mission that continues to create opportunities for underserved youth in our community. 🚍

Buying a house is about more than falling in love with how it looks. 🏡

There are a few things I’d never skip: a home inspection, researching the neighborhood, understanding the full monthly payment, looking beyond cosmetic updates, and keeping resale value in mind.

The little details can make a big difference when it comes to making a smart decision.
Save this for when you’re ready to buy!

If you or anyone you know are even considering thinking of selling your house now or in the future, let’s talk soon!

When you walk into a house, what catches your eye first? 🏡

🍳 The kitchen
🛋️ The living room
🛏️ The bedrooms
🌳 The backyard

Everyone has that one thing they look at first. What’s yours?

Fall means pumpkin everything, so I had to give this Cream Cheese Swirled Cinnamon Pumpkin Butter Bread a try. 🎃

Safe to say, it didn’t last long.

Should you buy your next home before selling your current one? 🏡

There’s no one-size-fits-all answer. It really comes down to your finances, timing, and comfort level.

Buying first can mean:

✔️ Less pressure to find temporary housing
✔️ An easier transition from one home to the next

But there can also be challenges:

⚠️ Financing two homes
⚠️ Timing the two transactions
⚠️ Contingencies and negotiations

The right strategy depends on your specific situation, which is why it’s worth planning before you put either house on the market.

If you or anyone you know are even considering thinking of selling your house now or in the future, let’s talk soon!
