Lee Vega Realtor, Certified Military Specialist I Speak Military! I am a full time, experienced realtor with nearly 14 years at Northwood Realty Services in Beaver, PA. I speak military!

My goal is to provide current and former military service members with housing information and options that best suit their unique needs, and to help them take full advantage of their military housing benefits. I have lived, worked, worshiped and served the Beaver County community for over 25 years. I enjoy using my expertise to help home buyers and sellers through the complicated mazes of buying

or selling a home. During my 14 years as a Realtor and as a 5-year Army veteran, I’ve made it my mission to guide veterans and active military families through the home buying process. I discovered that veterans and military families often have unique housing challenges and that most don’t take advantage of the housing benefits available to them. I’m a Certified Military Specialist, which means I have special training and education to assist current and former military service members and their families. Some of the unique housing situations where I can provide special guidance include:
• Taking advantage of VA loans and their benefits, such as lower interest rates and no down payment requirement.
• Helping find new housing solutions after bankruptcy or foreclosure. These situations don’t necessarily disqualify military from purchasing a home!
• Helping military men and women find a lender that understands them and the VA Loan process. In addition to being a real estate professional, I’m a member of the Military Court, AVVA Local #862, and serve as chair of a military support group at Chippewa United Methodist Church. I’m also the founder and a member of the “Military Squad” at my Northwood Realty Services office. Every member of this “squad” is a veteran! Credentials:
