GM Family and friends! It’s only 9:25 in the morning but I’ve already been overwhelmed by a mound of wonderful, thoughtful, kind and loving birthday wishes, prayers, gifts and kindness. Thank you. It’s very humbling. God has truly blessed me to call you family, friend or acquaintance, and I strive never to take any of His blessings for granted. So, I could not allow this moment of this day to pass without thanking each of you, individually and collectively, for your loving kindness and thoughtfulness. Spent the weekend in LA with my son celebrating his Emmy nomination for a song he co-wrote for the Disney movie "Sneakerella".

No Trophy to take home, but what a win for his writing team to be one of the top five nominees in the Country for "Outstanding Original Song"!

God is truly good! Many congratulations to my son Brandon and his co-writers again as they’ve received another nomination for a different kind of award for Disney song they wrote for one of the High School Musical episodes.
