Congratulations to these first time homebuyers! Their lease wasn't up until March, but I managed to negotiate an extra seller concession to cover the cost of breaking their lease 🥳

This was such a fun process. We met in the pool, and being the nosey person I am, I overheard them talking about wanting to buy a home and jumped into their conversation 🤣 And voila!
