🏭 More than 100 MILLION sq. ft. planned
🤖 Advanced chips for Tesla, AI, robotics and SpaceX

But as a Texas real estate broker, the factory itself isn’t what interests me most.

It’s what happens AROUND it.

Thousands of employees and contractors need somewhere to live.

Suppliers need land and buildings.

Developers need sites.

Roads and utilities expand.

Retail and services follow population.

And suddenly rural land that very few investors were talking about becomes part of an entirely different economic conversation.

That DOES NOT mean I would run out tomorrow and buy the first piece of land with a Grimes County address.

I believe real estate remains one of the best ways to build long-term wealth—especially carefully selected rental properties in Texas.

Texas continues to add population and jobs. The Census Bureau reported that the five fastest-growing U.S. cities with populations above 20,000 were all in Texas, with four located in the DFW area.

Yes, we will experience some bumps. Inventory is elevated, prices are adjusting in certain markets and every property does not make financial sense. But that slower market may give investors more choices and negotiating power.
