Let's talk checkerboard floors... 🤍🖤

There's something about a checkerboard floor that never goes out of style.

It's bold without being overwhelming.
Classic without feeling traditional.
And it has a way of giving every space—whether it's a primary bath, a butler's pantry, or a welcoming entry—a sense of character and intention.

One pattern.
Four completely different spaces.
Four completely different moods.

That's what great design is all about. It's not about repeating the same look—it's about using timeless elements in new ways.

Safe to say... I might have a thing for checkerboard floors.

Blue tile + brass hardware: timeless or trendy? ✨

One of my favorite spaces from this project. The goal was to create a bathroom that felt bright, timeless, and welcoming while adding personality through color and texture. The soft blue tile paired with warm brass hardware strikes the perfect balance between classic and fresh.

Natural light, layered materials, and thoughtful details come together to create a space that feels elevated yet comfortable—proof that a bathroom can be both beautiful and functional.
