Fairview doesn't have many neighborhood sidewalks, so there really isn't anywhere for people to walk their dogs or for kids to ride their bikes except the streets. However, there is supposedly a system of connected neighborhood trails, along with an interactive map showing their locations. Unfortunately, the interactive map is slow to load and unreadable. Maybe you can decipher the streets and locations, but I sure can't, so I've already contacted Fairview and suggested they make it easier to understand. I think more people would use it if they knew where it was. But on the blog, you will see the link to a video I created showing the nicest walking trail, called Parkdale.

Fairview's Creekside, Beaver Run, Cypress Park and three more aren't isolated amenities. See how the town's trailheads link them into one walkable network.

We’ve sold some very unique homes over the years, and this is one of them. It’s in Seis Lagos and was designed and built by a commercial builder. I refer to it as "The Seis Lagos Inn". It had just been completed and never occupied when we got the listing. It features a cavernous entry, and I've always been curious how that was finished out. Anyway, I drove by it the other day to see a beautiful one-story home we just listed, and it reminded me of the sale.
