🏡 Welcome home, Dawn! 🏡
Five years ago, Susan Shea helped Dawn and her husband find a place to lease when they first moved to Texas from Florida. Since then, that relationship grew into something more than real estate — Susan helped with lease after lease, worked with Dawn's daughter on her first home purchase, and helped her sister too. Along the way, a client became a friend.
Earlier this year, Dawn lost her husband unexpectedly. In the middle of that grief, she made the brave decision to put down permanent roots in Texas — a home for herself, her mother, and her youngest daughter.
It wasn't a simple search, and it wasn't always an easy road. There were moments Dawn wanted to walk away. But with her lender, the seller, and Susan in her corner every step of the way, she pushed through — and found a home that has everything she needed and more.
Today, we're celebrating with Dawn on her closing day. 🎉 Every hard step led here, and she knows it was worth it.
