In 2014 there were 1000 signs it was time to leave my lifestyle living on a secluded island but there were two big doubts hanging around my neck.

Failure is not the killer of your success. It is doubt and it's dressed up pretty to entice you to stay awhile. Nothing is more beautiful to me than the tropical island I called home for a decade. And it was comforting, familiar and one dream answered. But it was also a crutch that kept me from taking a leap.

Don't just sit pretty on the green grass. The other side might have more grit but taking the risk to try something new, well, it's more satisfying then then a life at the beach.

Don't lose yourself in the dream and miss the reality. You have to start with the vision of next moves but remember that vision should be tailored to your needs.
You want the Champagne Pool but you've got a Craft Beer budget. That's great, start there. Then upgrade when the time is right or customize the space.

You don't have to move into your dream house on the next move. Just start building equity on that next move so the dream house isn't just a dream next time!
