First-time buyer… first piece of real estate! 🌲👏
I had the privilege of helping this first-time buyer find and secure 4 beautiful, wooded acres in a fantastic location that are now officially his. There are some great building opportunities here in the future, but for now, he can enjoy the property, do some hunting, and make the most of the outdoors.
One of the things I enjoy most about real estate is seeing young people make the decision to invest in property and start building toward their future. It takes some vision to look at a piece of land today and see all the possibilities it could offer down the road.
This one was extra special because his parents encouraged him to call me when he was ready to make that first real estate investment. I’m very thankful for their trust and for the opportunity to be part of this exciting milestone.

A lot of people are hoping for the same thing. Lower mortgage rates. Lower home prices.
The problem? Forecasts show that’s probably not what’s in the cards. At least, not right now.
Mortgage rates aren’t expected to fall dramatically. And at the same time, home prices should keep rising at about the same pace they have been.
Now, that’s not what you wanted to hear, but it doesn’t mean you’re out of options.
Sometimes the best move isn't waiting for the market to change. It's exploring what's still possible right now.
Other people are still making it happen even with rates and prices where they are. Maybe you can too.
