We managed to secure the apartment they most favored with little time to spare!!
By little time to spare, I mean before the day of closing!
I’m happy we were able to get them into their apartment for a smooth move to the North East :)

Be careful! Remember to go back to the basics when you're marketing. It's important to explain the basics, why? As professionals, our perspective of our field is so much more advanced and this can be overwhelming to beginners, which is why we need to compact our expertise when marketing.

Connect with your buyers

Speak directly to your buyers. Get to know them on a personal level! Remembering small details/beliefs related to your buyer will go a long way.

Build Credibility

Have a sense of meaning and purpose when you speak/market yourself. Make sure the information you spread is true and the best information out there.

I read an interesting article from USA Today where they explained the "Hidden Benefit" of using a Living Trust instead of an Inheritance. My summarized important points include:
Living Trust:
🔴 You can control the assets in your living trust whenever you need!
🔴 Avoid probate period (Time period when the law verifies distribution of the inheritance) this means the distribution process happens a lot faster.
🔴 Anything added to a living trust is private! Unlike an inheritance.
🔴 A living trust can be costly to set up with an Attorney.
Inheritance:
🔴 Probate period (This can be time consuming!)
🔴 Distribution is dictated by the deceased person's will or by state law.
🔴 Details of the inheritance are public record and available for the public to see.

3 Ways to boost the value of your home by making upgrades to your bathroom!

1) Use organic materials like wood and stone while aiming for cream/beige color palette. Aim for a spa like design and earthy textures, who doesn't like to feel like they aren't in a spa retreat?
