What's not mentioned here is... DO NOT open any new lines of credit or take out any new loans if you're planning to buy a home within the next 6 months to a year. This also includes co-signing! Say "no". Just lay low, pay down credit balances and debt, and save money.

It is now June…already! Time is flying and so are the homes in Berks county. I’m from Philly and when I talk to people from Philly who want to move out of the county, they never mention Berks, Bucks, or Montgomery counties but almost always desire to live in Delaware County.

Don’t get me wrong, Delaware County is very desirable but have you explored any other parts of PA? Berks County has so many desirable and beautiful neighborhoods and towns with highly rated school districts, farmers markets and Amish goodies. You can achieve suburban living at an affordable price 👌🏽.

For sellers in Berks, it is a which means there is a high demand of buyers with little inventory and homes are not staying on the market for long. If you’re interested in moving to Berks, contact me and let’s get moving. 🏠🔑
