I used to think that multi-family investing was difficult.
Here are just three misconceptions I had:
- Gotta be good on the phone to get a motivated seller
- Need to be a master negotiator
- The journey to closing has to be a long and drawn-out process
This is just to mention a FEW
Here is the TRUTH:
- I was not good on the phone when I closed my first deal
- Starting your negotiating skills really does not matter as much as most people say
- Most of my closings have been seamless. The journey to closing SOMETIMES can be tedious but this does not account for the majority.
I was able to get so many units under my belt by doing just ONE thing…
I changed my MINDSET about these misconceptions that most people consider to be roadblocks in multi-family investing.
