SVN | Imperial Realty one of the region’s premier brokerage firms, has completed the sale of 2 commercial retail buildings located at 500 West Bertsch St. Lansford, PA. The property is home to Dollar General and Boyer’s Food Market.

Gregg Marzano of SVN | Imperial Realty, Allentown, PA represented the seller Leonzi Enterprises,LLC and the buyer was represented by their attorney, Zerbe Law Offices, Pottsville, PA.

“It was a pleasure to work with Leonzi Enterprises, LLC through the entire process of replacing a previous tenant (Rite Aid) through the bankruptcy process with Dollar General and taking the property to market and a successful sale in less than 1 year”, stated SVN Advisor Gregg Marzano.

The property has been a successful retail anchor in the Lansford community for over 50 years, first hosting Acme Markets, then Boyer’s Food Markets and later adding Rite Aid to the property in 1983.
