Thank you, SIOR Philadelphia Chapter, for another great event!

Amy Hawley, SIOR attended the SIOR/Philadelphia Chapter Office and Industrial Property Summit in the ArtsQuest Center at The SteelStacks, Bethlehem, PA.

Over 260+ commercial-industrial real estate professionals registered for this popular annual event. There were 42 sponsors, many of who exhibited their development projects and services during the breakfast/registration hour.

Pictured here is the Office Investment Panel Discussion portion of the program. Margo Mocarski, SIOR was the moderator. Brian Berson ( Shepherd Root Real Estate ) and Gregory Webster ( PMC Property Group ) were the panel participants. Trends and asset class demand segments within the marketplace were discussed.
