- Pending Sales were up 5.0 percent to 654.
- Inventory levels shrank 2.6 percent to 700 units.
- The Median Sales Price increased 4.4 percent to $345,000.
- Days on Market remailed flat at 19 days.
- Sellers were encouraged as Months Suply of Inventory was down 7.1 percent to 1.3 months. (Inventory of approximately 4 to 7 months is typically regarded as constituting a balanced real estate market.)
