The pool is gone
People sit on the front steps with loose dogs, chainsmoking cigs.

Any amenities listed in their Rent.Com ad have been long gone

You will be charged to use the gym and the community room

The heat now comes through a dual A.C. unit causing many to use electric heating elements in the winter. Not only costly but dangerous. The electric bills are sky high.

People have such flexible leases it gives no one incentive to care.

I feel for the elderly folks that have lived there for decades.
Won't be many of them left soon.

Don't blame the residents...

Haven't lived there in almost 3 years.
Glad as hell I'm out. Just heard yesterday that they replaced all the air conditioners with an Air Conditioning Heating units. Now people are paying $300 electric bills for heat. I was also told that they have a random utility fee of $45. I'm not a lawyer but I believe in order to charge for utility fee you have to have a meter.
There's plenty of luxury housing in the valley...this one's a money pit.

If you are a germaphobe I suggest gloves.
Nobody wipes down doors.
The elevators have a dog spit line across the doors.

What do you expect with a 2 1/2 person maintenance team!
When we had 6 it was beautiful.

To be fair, most was remove. 2 dumpsters for almost 200 units. So the truck just comes back.

The halls are filthy. Don't know if they've been mopped since their installation!
That was over a season ago.

And then tells you she told the office. But Jackie said "we know, that's where we get it delivered.
Then you know...they just don't care!😩

Every swath of plastic you allow to float in the Parkway...leaves your corporations carbon footprint all over Allentown's protected land.
Yes..the plastic wrap around these pallets ends up in the woods at the end of every pallet.
Nevermind the disrespect for the handicapped.
As the head of maitenance, Mark, once said...in the office,
"It's NOT my job to pick up trash"
