A friendly reminder to keep outside vents clear of snow, ice, and debris so that internal components work safely and efficiently throughout the winter months. A leaf blower or broom are great to use to clear obstructions from these areas. If you live in a snowbelt location, you may want to look into elevating these exhausts to a higher point come spring so future issues are avoided.

In addition, remember to turn off water supplies to exterior faucets, drain the lines, and bring hoses inside for the season. You can even throw on a faucet cover to further protect it from the elements.

This home listing and sale came down to a wonderful partnership between the homeowner and me from the start.
