I'm gathering testimonials from my 2024 clients to share in my annual letter, which I have decided to send it for Halloween instead of Thanksgiving. I am honored to share this latest message from a unique transaction I handled earlier in the year in Beaver County . . .
"Last year my brother had a serious health issue which required that he leave the house he has lived in for more than 30 years and move to another part of the state.
I contacted a friend who sells real estate for Coldwell Banker in our area. He introduced us to Marcia who enthusiastically accepted the challenge to help us sell the property.
Although she lived and worked more than an hour from the property, she quickly accommodated our schedule and set up a meeting with us to discuss the sales approach and visit the property location.
We were on a very tight schedule to sell the house and most of its contents due to logistical issues. Marcia took this into consideration and made herself available to us and potential buyers so we could sell off the contents of the house while at the same time, show the property to perspective buyers.
From the initial real estate contract to sell, through the sales process, the negotiation, title company paperwork, and a final sales agreement, closing on the house was done within four weeks of our first meeting with Marcia!!!
