This past week we celebrated the Grand Opening of Red Willow Flats Apartments in Oneida, WI. Red Willow Flats is a 35 unit LIHTC project on tribal land that is serving Oneida Nation individuals and families at 30%, 50%, and 60% of AMI, as well as veterans, individuals with disabilities, and families experiencing homelessness.

Goldfinch congratulates 1822 Inc., the Oneida Nation, RT Hawk Housing Alliance, and the many other partners who brought this project to life. We are thrilled for the years to come, and grateful to help house families in Oneida Nation.
